Opposite roll of Car Foot Mat

It is applicable to car foot mat, car decoration, home textile and plastic flooring industries. 

1. It is molded through heat treatment after machining work by selecting high-quality seamless steel tube or alloy steel (38crMoA1; 42CrMo) as the base material; the hardness is HRC58～62° and the surface is plated with hard chrome. 

2. Multiple casings can be adopted in the middle and spiral liner can be installed to realize the heating or cooling effect. Its temperature difference is smaller than 1℃. 

3. The surface shape can be processed into any regular or irregular figures according to customer requirements.
