Introduction to carved-patterns roller 

We are engaged in production of carving rollers with different patterns, mattings and geometrical shapes. Carving roller is extensively applied to surface embossing in industries like re-reeling machine, napkin machine, tissue machine, square paper machine, wet tissue machine, leather, artificial leather, plastic, panel, paper, non-woven fabrics, decorative material, and non-ferrous metal. 

Manufacturing process of carved-patterns roller 

1. Roller is often made of high-quality seamless steel tube (special material can be customized according to customer demand) by going through welding, distressing treatment, rolling, grinding and finish machining after the wall thickness is made uniform; 

2. Static balance and dynamic balance are rectified; coaxiality of finished roller ≤ 0.02mm; 

3. The finished product should realize clear pattern line, exquisite pattern, rich gradation, and precise dimension by adopting different processing techniques according to the pattern; 

4. Finally, hard chrome plating or other treatment is conducted, and the hardness should reach HRC58-62.
