Introduction to embossing roller 
Embossing roller and embossing pattern processing technology is applicable to ridge design preparation on plastic sheet (PVC, ABS, PP, PE, PT and PC), thin film, aluminum foil, metal, leather, rigid plate, wallpaper, floor tile, glass and paper. It is able to enhance aesthetic feeling and decorative art effect of products, improve product grade, and strengthen the anti-counterfeit and trademark protection effect. 
Manufacturing process of embossing roller

1. Roller is often made of high-quality seamless steel tube (special material can be customized according to customer demand) by going through welding, distressing treatment, rolling, grinding and finish machining after the wall thickness is made uniform;

2. Static balance and dynamic balance are rectified; coaxiality of finished roller ≤ 0.02mm;

3. The finished product should realize clear pattern line, exquisite pattern, rich gradation, and precise dimension by adopting different processing techniques according to the pattern;

4. Finally, hard chrome plating or other treatment is conducted, and the hardness should reach HRC58-62.
